Larz Anderson Auto Museum: Plan a Brookline Car-Culture Visit
Museum admission, regular hours and the difference between browsing the collection and attending an outdoor lawn event.

Car culture does not have to begin with owning a show car. A museum visit lets you look closely, compare details and follow your own curiosity. Larz Anderson Auto Museum in Brookline offers a useful starting point, with an indoor visit and a calendar of outdoor automotive gatherings.
The regular museum visit
The museum's visitor page lists 15 Newton Street, Brookline, MA 02445, with regular opening Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is closed Mondays and on listed holidays. Event-day hours can override that timetable; check the website banner and calendar for the day you choose.
Admission checked September 6 is $15 for adults and $10 for seniors, students, military visitors with identification, and children aged 6–12. Children under 6 enter free. These are the museum's posted categories; check directly about any eligibility question before purchasing.
An outdoor show is a separate plan
The lawn-event information distinguishes bringing a show vehicle from attending as a spectator. Choose an actual dated event from the calendar and read its registration or entry arrangements. Do not use an old Cars & Coffee article as confirmation of a future gathering.
For an outdoor event, check the organizer's weather update before leaving. If the point of your trip is to see one particular kind of vehicle, confirm the day's theme. A photograph from another year cannot establish what will be on the lawn when you arrive.
Make the route part of the plan
Open directions to the museum. The museum warns that parking is limited. Call 617-522-6547 about access requirements or a visit question. Brookline is the destination for this guide, so allow for travel beyond Boston's central neighborhoods.
